Enver Yücel was born in Giresun in 1957. He studied the primary and secondary school in Piraziz. He went to Haydarpaþa High School in Istanbul, which is a boarding school. He studied at Marmara University, the Department of Mathematics.Enver Yücel is the chairman of the Bahçeþehir Uður Educational Institutions which gives an education both in Turkey and abroad. Bahçeþehir Uður Educational Institutions which gives an education over one thousand students was founded in 1974, with three classroom that was located in Laleli.It includes the Bahçeþehir University, Ugur Testing Center, Uður Courses, Uður Publishing, Bahçeþehir K-12 Schools, and Career Services Center. All around Turkey, there are 120 members of Uður Dershaneleri

Mr.Yücel uses his knowlege to improve Private Education Institutions and in 1994 Bahçeþehir College was founded. The number of Bahçeþehir K-12 schools throughout Turkey has multiplied rapidly since the year 2003. There are three schools in Ä°stanbul (Bahçeþehir, Yeþilköy and Florya) and a school in each of the following cities: Kocaeli, Burhaniye, Bursa, Uþak, Konya, Kastamonu, Antalya, Alanya and Van. The aim is to have established 50 schools within the next three years.In 2006 Bahçeþehir Science and Technology College which is the first and only in Turkey was founded by Mr. Yücel. He also provides scholarships with support of businessmen and Bahçeþehir Uður Educational Foundation, gives education to 48 students who get first 700 degree in OKS examination . In 1998 Bahçeþehir University had founded, cooperation with lots of international universities abroad. Mr.Yücel gives support to the students to get ready for their future.

Enver Yücel established Uður Education in USA which gets ready students to SAT(Scholastic Aptitude Test) examinations, that was his first step to become a world brand in 2004. The cooperation with Bahçeþehir Uður Education Institution and USA exposed the need of 'Teacher Exportation'. USA government wanted mathematics and science teachers for state high school from Enver Yücel who is the chairman of the Bahçeþehir Uður Educational Institutions. He ensured that demand by the way Mr.Yücel put his signature on Teacher Exportation in Turkey. From now on, Mr.Yücel wants to realize education investments in other cities in USA, and at different countries such as China, India, Japan and South Korea.
